Booking types vary. Whether Standard or Non-Refundable,
here's what to know before your stay.

Standard rate

Plans change. We get it

A Standard Rate gives you more flexibility if your plans change.

You can usually change or cancel your booking without charge before the cancellation deadline shown in your confirmation.

If you cancel after that deadline, a fee may apply.

Non-Refundable Rate

More affordable. But committed means committed.

A Non-Refundable Rate usually offers a more affordable price because you are choosing less flexibility and accepting stricter booking conditions.

Once confirmed, the booking usually cannot be changed, cancelled, or refunded.

If your plans change later, the booking is still non-refundable.

Cancellation

Can I cancel?

Yes, depending on the rate you booked.

If you booked a Standard Rate, check the cancellation deadline in your confirmation. Cancel before that time and you can usually do so without charge.

Cancel after the deadline and a fee may apply.

If you booked a Non-Refundable Rate, the booking remains non-refundable.

What if I do not show up?

If you do not arrive and have not cancelled your reservation, the booking will be treated as a no-show.

Charges will apply based on the rate and conditions you booked.
