    Great Hotel in Reykjavik!

Recently stayed here for our trip in March. Like many, we arrived early in the morning and were easily able to store our luggage prior to check-in while we explored the city some. Staff was always super friendly and helpful, daily breakfast was wonderful, and the rooms were very modern and clean with super comfy beds! We were also able to get a parking spot at the hotel which was a huge bonus. Location was great with shops and restaurants easily walkable, but also very easy to drive to/from for our day trips. Would 100% stay here again!

Perfect location, perfect room, you can't go wrong here.

Great location close to the water and walking distance to the hub of Reykjavik where there are tons of shopping, restaurants and entertainment. The sauna is very nice. Also, connected to the lobby are two of the best places to eat - DEIG: breakfast donuts, coffee, and bagel sandwiches (very budget-friendly), Le Kock: Best burger in the city, seriously! There's also a great ramen place right next door.

    AMAZING.

The hotel staff were amazing, we had our tour cancelled and they helped us plan the day so it didn’t go to waste. They went above and beyond and were very friendly.

Ticks all the right boxes for a great stay. Excellent location in a lovely position by the harbour and a short walk to all major attractions. We went for a superior urban deluxe room and requested a quiet room. The room was fantastic - lots of space, two big windows, and a great walk-in shower. We didn’t hear any noise. The sauna was an added bonus for the hotel. Breakfast was good. Overall, an excellent stay.

    Exeter hotel is great

Totally amazing week spent at the Exeter Hotel. It’s perfectly located near the harbour, loads of restaurants, and many tourist attractions. The breakfasts were great, the beds very comfortable, and the rooms lovely and clean. Will definitely stay here again.

From the wonderful warm smiling welcome to the rooms and location, this is a wonderful hotel. When we return to Iceland, we'll definitely be staying here again. Rooms are comfortable, walk-in rainfall shower is lovely, in-room coffee machine. Extremely handy for boat trips. Short walk into the centre of Reykjavik. Coffee shops and restaurants close by. And it's only 3 minutes from the famous delicious hotdog stand.

    Recommend the convenient hotel!

I do recommend the hotel when you visit Iceland! The location is good, it is near bus stop #4, so it is very convenient for pick-up, no matter traveling coaches or airport buses. The room was clean and cozy, and facilities were also satisfied what I needed. Staff were friendly and provided necessary info too.
